You Say Cupcake, I Say Muffin

Because that's what the recipe says it is.

And who am I to argue with Gee-ada DeLaurentiis and her Italian pronounciations of certain words.

Like pah-stah.

Or ree-coe-tah.

Or lee-mone-chellllll-o.

I like her because she has a big head, as do I.

What I don't like is how she insists on always using full fat, full calorie versions of everything. Don't front Gee-ada. You don't stay that skinny without cutting corners somewhere. Unless you only eat the tenth of a regular portion you serve yourself when tasting your food as a whole real meal.

Whatever you want to call these, they came out a success. Not too shabby for my first attempt at baking other than brownies from a box.

At least these 2 patrons were happy.
