Pictureless Wednesday

Doing my spin on Wordless Wednesday b/c I'm a rebel like that. I was going to throw in a first-ever outfit pic for good measure but the lighting at the bathroom here at work is awful and it looks like I'm wearing all black even thought I'm sporting navy & kelly green. Soooo.....

I will share with you 2 random, probably only entertaining to me, short stories from my day so far.

1. While washing my face in the shower today, I was apparently rubbing with too much vigor and not enough focus on the task at hand because somehow I managed to shove my pinky finger entirely up my left nostril. It took me a second to realize what had happened but when I did, I couldn't help but wonder if it's possible to reach your brain through your nose. Because if it is, I'm pretty sure I left a fingerprint on my frontal lobe.
2. I almost always take the stairs when I'm at work (my motivation is to be able to eat an extra piece of desert without feeling guilty) but was hit harder than normal with fatigue this morning. So I lazily took the elevator to my floor and heard this little gem of a convo between 2 coworkers:

Guy #1: I was 215, 4 or 5 days a week.
Guy #2: Yea when I first met Judy I was a solid 185, 5 days a week. Then we got married and BOOM, 20 lbs.
Guy #1: Only 20 lbs? Dude I'm pushing 250 now. I can't even spell gym.
Guy #2: Marriage will do that to ya.
