A Prance in the Park

H woke up a little early from his afternoon nap so, naturally, he was a bit cranky. In an attempt to get him in a better mood, Matt & I decided to take him to the park behind our house. Things started out promising:

Played on the basketball court  with daddy (obvi):

Then things took a grumpy turn when we sat him in the grass. Little H was not impressed.

He didn't hesitate to let us know that he had experienced enough park shenanigans for the day.

So we tried to squeeze in one family shot.

Thank goodness for the auto-timer.

H told me to walk faster on the way home. Guess he was ready for his bath.
